01 The reality
Does this sound familiar?
Graphic materials look like a small expense one at a time. Added up, they're exactly where a brand gets diluted.
01
Every material looks different
Ordered in a hurry, from different designers, your materials stop resembling each other. The brand dilutes with every flyer.
02
The printer rejects your files
RGB instead of CMYK, no bleed, no crop marks. You lose days going back and forth between designer and print shop.
03
You need it yesterday, the quote comes next week
Designers are slow to reply, and the event or campaign doesn't wait. You end up with the improvised banner at the last minute.
04
You don't know the cost until it's finished
With no estimate up front, every revision feels like it adds to the invoice. You stop asking for changes you actually need.

Book your free audit02 The process
From brief to print-ready files.
The timings are for standard materials. Complex projects get a separate estimate, before we start, not alongside the invoice.
Brief
You tell us what material you need, in what format and by when. A clear message is enough as a starting point.
Check and estimate
We check the request against your identity and brand book, then you get a clear estimate of time and cost. No surprises.
Design and revisions
We produce the material and adjust on your feedback: revisions are included in the estimated time.
File handover
You get print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, crop marks) or files optimised for digital, plus the editable sources.
03 What's included
Everything you get, in writing.
We work from your brand book: the same colours, fonts and rules on every deliverable, from the business card to the vehicle wrap.

05 Honest questions
The questions you'd ask us anyway, answered before you ask.
How much does it cost?
An hourly rate, with no fixed packages: you pay only for the time actually worked. You get the exact estimate before we start, with no hidden costs.
Do you work without an existing brand?
Yes. If you already have a logo and colours, we work with what you have. If not, we'll honestly recommend building the identity first, otherwise every material starts from scratch.
Are the files print-ready?
Yes. All print files are delivered technically correct: CMYK, bleed and crop marks where needed. The print shop accepts them first time.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Revisions are included in the estimated time. Major changes to the original brief are estimated separately, and we tell you beforehand, not after.
How long does it take?
Simple materials: 1–2 days. Complex projects take longer: you get a realistic deadline together with the estimate, not promises.

Fill in the form and we'll talk about your business. We'll tell you honestly what we'd do in your position, including when the answer is that we can't help.
