We're a Cluj agency, started in 2017. We work with companies that want to grow, and we tell them straight how it's going, in the good months and the bad. Our clients are on four continents, from Romania to New Zealand.

The founder
I built my first website at 11.
Founder · Cluj-Napoca
I grew up in Baia Mare, with childhood summers spent in the countryside, and a passion for computers and the internet that arrived long before any career plan. At 11 I built my first website, about football; then came forum communities, video editing, design and a few IT contests won along the way.
I studied maths and computer science at the “Gheorghe Șincai” National College in Baia Mare, then Business at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj. Maths taught me how things get measured; business taught me how they get positioned and grown. That's where our obsession with numbers comes from: it isn't sales talk, it's my training.
Away from the desk: music, mountains, tennis, padel, football, and chess. That's also where our view of marketing comes from: like chess, position beats spectacular moves.
The journey
Nine years, step by step.
The beginning
Brand Developer starts in Cluj, alongside an associate, no market experience, but big dreams and the drive to get better with every project.
Remote
After three years in an office, COVID moves us fully remote, before it was cool. We stayed because it works: clear processes, measured results, happy people.
4 continents
Today I run the agency myself, with clients across four continents: Romania, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and others. Working in English-speaking markets is a deliberate choice. Over the years I've worked with clients from 15+ countries.
